Springs have failed in the ottoman after only two years -- come on Dexter 99% of the time it just has our get on it. The loveseat has never been comfortable -- one side softer than the other. Finally one the chairs ha a terrible squeak. We regret our decision to purchase here.  By Nancy RM from Cary, NC Posted Feb 11, 2010 From start to finish, my purchase of a chaise from Dexter Furniture was very positive. The sales person, Laura Hammie was most pleasant and helpful. She was just the "riight amount of friendly" and I enjoyed being helped by her. I was also very pleased by the speed of delivery. Laura told me I would have my chaise in 3 weeks - I actually had it in 20 days, and this after ordering it late on a Friday afternoon. You can't beat that. The best part is that the chaise looks beautiful...the quality of work is excellent. I surely will be back to Dexter if I have any more seating needs, and will recommend them to my friends.
